I saw the post about Ben and Jen's daughter, but not about this celeb baby. Alison Sweeney had a daughter Megan Hope, WDYT?

I think it's very pretty and classy....and such a nice and normal name, especially coming from a celeb.

For a celeb, it's definitely nice. I don't dislike Megan, but I don't love it, either. I do, however, LOVE the nickname Meg, which I would get from Margaret, personally. Megan just seems so boring and 80s to me.

megan hope is alarmingly boring.

not to mention... was this baby born in 1985?

Seeing as how I am a Magan, I love it! :)

I don't think it sounds dated, but then I'm British and I tend to think of it more as a Welsh name than an 1980s name. You still have quite a few kids where I live with that name.

Not a huge fan of Megan, but it's nice enough especially on a celeb. I generally dislike Hope [not a big fan of virtue names, although I used to like Grace before the massive hike in popularity] but as a middle name it's not too bad, and it flows well enough.

General verdict - meh.

I love Megan. I really dislike Hope, but it's so nice to see a normal name that I can overlook that.

I've always loved the name Megan. And Hope is also one I love.

I really don't like either of them. Megan just screams like, eighties to me. I don't like Hope. It's not really classy, it's dated.

Holy normal name, Batman! Not too shabby.

I personally wouldn't use it, but I love how simple they decided to go with the name. And, as an eighties baby, it does remind me of everyone I grew up with.

I don't care for Megan, but that's a million times better than lots of celeb names.
