Funny thing; the only girl name that I don't like of your list is your favorite! I suppose it's because the Claire's I've known were annoying...it's not really a bad name.

I love Odette, by the way. I also like most of your boy names, except for Ben, Ned, Oscar & Max.

Claire, Ava, and Lily are nice. I also kind of like Ruby. Giana and Odette I don't like and Violet reminds me of Willy Wonka.

I like Jude and Julian. I LOVE Oliver. Ben is nice, although I usually prefer using full versions of names for the given name. Nathan is okay; I prefer Nathaniel. Oscar reminds me of the Odd Couple and Oscar the Grouch. I don't really care for the sound of it either. I'm not really a fan of Max, Ned, or Adam.

Sorry, I should have clarrified that I would use the full names,
Ned would be Edward, Ben would be Bennett (which I think is quite cute) or Benjamin, I'm not sure about Max though, I kind of like is just on it's own.

I kind of like Claire Giana as a name. Or Violet Claire. Those are the only combos of your fav names for girls that I like.

For boys, I like Adam Jude or Adam Julian and Nathan Oliver. I'd like Benjamin better than just Ben. I'm not fond of "nicknames as a name".
