I do think the French is the best version of that name (as opposed to Raul, Ralph, and Rolf).

I like Donovan, and it sounds good with your last name. Not crazy about Raoul (I'm a huge Phantom fan, but I've never liked that character hehe), but it's okay.

ya know, I actually really, really, really HATE the name Raoul, but baby-daddy just *had* to have that in there somewhere, and if I hadn't come up with Donovan, well.....the poor thing would be cursed to a life of being named Raoul, and...I just can't have that.

I quite like Donovan. I'm not a fan of Raoul, but it sounds fine with the rest of the name. I agree with the others who said that Donovan Cross has a great sound.
