Yeah, I'll probably call her Evie/Eve as a nickname for her. I partially chose Evelyn because she can use it professionally when she gets older and it has a few nicknames to go with it :)
Personally I prefer Evelyn with just one N. Two N's just seems unnecessary. But a very pretty name regardless of spelling! I like Evelyn Sue a lot! I might just have to steal that name someday.
