Boys

Aston (not "ash-ton" .. its "as-ton"): Then why not spell it Ashton?
Cody: It's alright.
Casey: More of a girl name for me.
Brody: I like it.
Dylan: It's alright.
Derek: I knew a horrible boy named this so I'm biased...
Jesse James: The bandit? :)
Rocky: Definitely seems like a dog's name to me.
Corban: Hmm. Split on this.
Colt: I'm a farm girl, so...
Reese: I like it, but it reminds me of the boy in the Caroline Cooney books (where the kidnapped girl sees her picture on the milk carton? those books were rad)
Andrew: My little brother's name! :) And I came up with his name, so I definitely like it.
Gage: Too anime-ish for me.
Chase or Chaze: Chase if you're going to have one, but I don't like either.

Girls

Jordan: I like it!
Cody: Actually I really like this for a girl.
Skylar: Hate it.
Ryan: It'a alright.
Arley: Looks like it should be Arlene :)
Chelsea: I like it.
Icelynn: Reminds me of Iceland so I like it, but if it's for a little girl just go with Aislinn. :)
Marilyn: It's alright.
Chloe: It's alright.
Lily: I like it.
Savannah: I like it.
Nicole: Common, but I like it because it's my best friend's middle name.
Maxi: Pad.
Joey: Don't like it.
Peyton: I like it for a boy, but not on a girl.
Brooke: Don't like it.

I've always loved Cody.
Also Jordan for a girl, or even Jordanna ( from actress Jordanna Brewster).

Def will make me rethink using the name Dakota if we have another girl.I'm gonna have to write it down so I remember and look into it cuz I'll forget by then since we don't plan to even seriously talk of #2 for a year.

I really like some of these names :) Although I liked it better when you spelt Aston "Astin". I knew a guy named Rocky growing up and we all thought it was a great name. I also knew a Reese, but it was spelt Rhys (which I prefer). I love the name Arley, I think i'll add it to my list!

I don't know why you'd name a kid Jesse James, there are so many bad connections! I really like Arly and Gage. Those would be cute sibiling names. I love Aston, I think it sounds very dignified and Noble, but the ass-ton jokes would be a constant. Unfortanately, kids are very mean. :(

i like the name brodie a lot, preferably spelled this way. i know a kid with that name and i think its fabulous. its such a great alternative to the increasingly popular brady.

for girls, i like chloe, lily (really popular though!), savannah, and joey (short for something).

maybe its used more as a boys name in a certain region (like the south for example), whereas in another its more of a girl name (midwest for example)? thats my guess anyways

It's a cowboys name, it's more of a comical name than anything else... & i doubt most people like it, by the comments you've had on here!

Boys

Aston (not "ash-ton" .. its "as-ton") - I immediately thought ass-ton too, but if there was a way that a kid would never ever get picked on for it, Id say go for it because I like it...its just one of those names that screams "Make fun of me!" Esp. if the child ever weighs significantly more than his peers.
Cody - Alright
Casey - Eh
Brody - Neighbors bull mastiff, so I think of a dog when I hear it
Dylan - Love it
Derek - Love it, but spelt Derick [my brothers is spelt like that]
Jesse James - I know of a kid with that name and hes seriously the worst devil child ever. But I like Jesse & James by themselves
Rocky - No. Never.
Corban - Not too bad
Colt - No. He'll constantly be associated with horses/cowboys
Reese - Girly to me because of Reese Witherspoon
Andrew - Okay
Gage - Hate it
Chase or Chaze - Like Chase but not Chaze

Girls

Jordan - Eh

I also think hed get a lot of people calling him Ashton just because they wouldnt really 'read' the name, you know? Maybe its just me but sometimes I just kind of skim-read and get words/names wrong because theyre close to what I think they are ;x
Like I said I like Jesse & James by themselves..but I think both of them together like that is kind of overkill. However, I could see them used in a name as like first name 2 middle names last name if that makes sense..like Jesse Ryan James Whoever or something but thats me. That way the automatic 'Jesse James' thing isnt as noticable but you get both names in there :)
