Well... I think I've gotten my girls list down to three names I absolutely adore, and, naturally, I want you to tell me what you think of them!

Noelle (pn. no-ELLE)
Isla (pn. EYE-la)
Bryony (pn. bry-oh-NEE)

And if you have the time or can be bothered, can you think of some boys names that might go with these? (I get SO stuck on boys names!)

Ta very much :)

Ya I'm sure it is pretty much. Whenever I hear that name I think of Isla Fisher, and they pronounce it EYE-lah.

I love Isla, Noelle is okay, and Bryony is not my style at all. Isla is definitely my favorite :)

I'm no good with boy names. There arent many that I like at all. My boys are Adrian and Dylan, and if this next one is a boy, he will be Taylor. Other than that the only names I truly like enough to possibly use are Alex and Andon.

i'd spell bryony as briony because there are way too many y's going on in such a short name, but even so i'm not sure about it. i like it when it's pronounced slowly and all of the syllables get out, but i feel like it would turn into briney a lot and i really don't like that at all.

noelle and isla are pretty though, i like them a lot.

I really like Noelle and Bryony (I say it more like BRY-oh-nee though ^^). Isla's not my style, but still nice.

Bryony Jane
Bryony May

The emphasis in Bryony is on the first syllable. 'BRY-eh-nee'. I like all three names, though Bryony does tend to come out sounding like 'briny'.

I like Noelle, though would relegate it to be used for a child born around Christmas.

I don't like Isla. For me it's like this: "I, la, went to the store." It sounds like it's lacking something, like it's a nick name for some longer name. Like, Delilah, which I don't like either.

Bryony, I actually like, but not how you pronounce it. I prefer "BREE-oh-knee", with an elongated 'oh' sound.

As far as boy names. I think these names have a sophisticated, Greek feel to them, so I would look up Greek boy names and see if you find any you like!

All three of your names are nice, but I love Isla. It's beautiful without being overbearing, simple without being boring, and gentle without being flighty.

I love Isla.
I like Noelle.
I'm okay about Bryony, but I've always said it BRY-oh-nee, which isn't much different, but the emphasis on nee is awkward for me to say.

I'm not a fan of Noelle, but Isla and Bryony are really, really nice. I prefer the spelling of Briony though.

I love Isla and as a former teacher can tell you that Bryony, as unique as it is, will no doubt get butchered regularly which is unfortunate

Noelle! Isla is nice too, but my head always wants to change it around into Ilsa, which I have also seen. Bryony/Briony sounds so unfeminine to me.
