WHAT? How do you say this? Where does it come from? Is it a name or the sound you make while coughing up phlegm? I can't even form a coherent thought

EDIT: She made a typo. The name was Jacquie. Much better, but the point is that i actually believed someone had named their child Qucquie.

all i can think of is - is it ethnic? as i reread, in my attempt to pronounce, all i kept coming up with was "cookie" ;)
