It has become popular recently, eh? I don't mind it when it's to honour a parent and then a grandparent or something (like my brother's name), but otherwise I'm not a big fan of it.

I love the way Analeigh sounds, but for the life of me I think every spelling of it is not good enough to use. Annalie? Nu-uh. Anna Lee? No. Annalee? The only spelling I can every agree with. Same with Aiyana. I've seen it spelled Ayanna, too, which I like better.

Too bad. They're pretty names.

I love the name Carmen, and no one uses it anymore. It's so fresh and clean. Reminds me of laundry, in a good way. :)
