Except for Ian & Aaron, all your boy's names are on my list as well, so I love them! I also like most of your girl's names, except for Avery, Addison (both too trendy for my taste), Grace (too boring) and Abigail (just not my style).
Mia & Ella are really popular too, but I love those names anyway =). I think they sound great with your last name as well.

Actually, most of those names sound good with your last name! Just not Grace...the 'Gr'/'Cr' beginnings make it sound weird.

I think these ones age the best and aren't trendy or anything. You don't have anything horrible on the list, but names like Addison, Ella, and Mia just sound like little kids to me and I can't see them working on adults. These ones are great, though.

I like Avery, Ella, Madeline, and Isabella. I don't like Kate, becuase I don't like giving a 'nickname' as a full name. It's great for a little girl, but a grown woman might want to to be Kaitlin or Katherine.

For boys I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jack. If our baby comes out a boy, his name will be Jack.

I would use Norah or Lydia out of your girls, with Kate as a middle name. I love a lot of the others, these just seem to be the ones less used.
