my sister had to have a flour baby for a few days in her health class. She made it a girl and originally named it Alexis, then changed it to Grace. if she had made it a boy, she would have named it Colby.
she is 14 btw. wdyt of her names? i like Colby, but the girl names are a little too popular for me

I like Grace, but only as a middle name.

I like both the names Alexis and Grace. Alexis seems kind of dated to me- I feel like it's an 80's/90's name more so than a now name. I don't know why. And I've always loved Grace and always will, despite its popularity. Colby...I'm not sure if I like it. I don't know if I picture a girl or a boy when I think of that name.

I don't like Alexis. Nothing about it is feminine to me and I tend to live really feminine names for girls. :)

Colby just reminds me of cheese. I don't like Alexis because of a stand-up comedian who said "you ever notice that girl with car names never look as good as the car they're named after? A Lexus (Alexis) ends up looking more like a pinto." And Grace is filler.

They're alright. I like Grace. Alexis and Colby are okay, but not my style.

When I had a flour baby, her name was Charlotte Amanda.

I grew up with a female cousin my age named Colby, so to think of it as a boys name is just strange to me. I like Alexis and Grace a lot, I know Grace is getting popular, but I think it's beautiful.

I don't like Alexis. Grace is okay. I don't like Colby either. That's just my personal preference. I don't think there is anything inherently bad about the names. Well, Colby IS a kind of cheese...Anyway, she's 14. She could have done MUCH worse. ;) lol

I would never use Colby or Alexis, but I do like Grace--despite it's uber-popularity. At least she used traditional names that have been around for years rather than coming up with something kre8tiv.

I kinda like Alexis on a girl. But one of my favorite boys names in Aleksei and it is a version of Alexis so it's kind of weird.

I don't like Colby, its a type of cheese to me.
my (18 y/o) boyfriend like Alexis and i think it sounds so trashy to me. like a stripper name.
Grace is nice, though I'm not into the Christian connotation that usually surround it.

They're all right, but not my style, really.

I had a flour baby in eighth grade. I named mine Livvie, short for Olivia.
