Odd question of the night, but....

Can you think of any nicknames for the name Elvis?

I thought El and Ellie, but I don't think that either of them would actually work. Elvis seems nickname proof, as it should be.

Other than 'El', I can't really think of another good nick name to come from what's a short name to begin with.

If you or someone else is wanting to use the name Elvis but wanting to minimize the obvious association, you could use Elvis with a middle name, preferably one starting with the letter J, and you could do a nick name combo of either just initials, as in E.J.("Ee-jay") or you could do El-J.

LOL, this is sort of outlandish but you could take the ending "vis" and do Vespa. Which, clearly, does not sound like "-vis" at all, but it was what my mind first came up with. Lol, sorry, need sleep.

Eli? If it can work for Elliot, it could work for Elvis.

Ell-o. Cause, you know, a kid named Ell-o has got to be hip like...Jell-o.
