Which spelling do you prefer?

Also, I'm having trouble deciding on a middle name. Here are some I'm considering:

Adrienne, because to me that's pronounced the feminine way whereas Adrianne would be pronounced like the boy's name Adrian. =)

I think Adrienne will get the pronunciation you're after.

Reagan indicates a political leaning. If you don't want that, try the Shakespearean spelling Regan.

I always think of Blair as a boy's name because I went to school with one. Brody definitely seems like a boy's name to me.

I prefer Jane as a middle name with a more unusual first name.

Isis may hit a slight bump in popularity--there was a recent ANTM contestant with that name.

I much prefer Adrienne. Adrianne looks like it should be pronounced Adri-ANNE. Also, there's an actor named Adrien Brody, so using Brody as a middle name is probably a bad idea. I like a lot of your other middle names though, especially Blair, Sophia, and Iris.

Adrienne. I hate Adrianne. I had relatives who used to pronounce my name that way, and it bugged me.

Adrienne is the better of the two. I knew an Adrienne in grade school who was in the class above me. Unfortunately, there was also a boy in her class named Adrian who pronounced his name the same way, so all of their teachers differentiated between the 2 by referring to Adrienne as "Adrianne" with emphasis on the "anne." She hated it!
