Aislinn- I've never liked this name. Too many sounds, or something.
Ava- I like it pronounced A-vuh. I hate it pronounced Ah-vuh.
Alaina- Eh.
Sierra-Cute
Maude-Always reminded me of an old lady
Ilyse- As in, Elise? Always stick with a common spelling. It really does have a huge impact on the kids life.
Whitley- Whitley? As in, Whitney with an l? Don't like it.
Natausha- Natasha. Again, stick with the common spelling. Cute, though.
Ty- For a girl?

Channing- I like Channing, but for a girl.

tycho? like the toy company? tyco? too close for my liking. ari is nice. and i had a dog named jayco growing up, so it sounds wierd to me as a kids name. :)

Ava - not that unique (ahem Reese Witherspoon). I LOVE it.

Ilyse - I like Elise, because of Fur Elise. Can't change the spelling from Beethoven's version!

Ari/Arieh/Aryeh is actually a biblical name (mostly used in the Jewish community), so it's definitely not short for Ariana. :)
