if it didnt have that family connection, i would suggest esther rose.

but i like it. esther is different from the standard old lady names people are giving their little girls today.

I really like Esther. Like, Esther and Agnes, I just love. I'm not too sure about Rosina, I don't like that much, but with the family connection and the nice first name, it's all nice.

I think Esther sounds too old ladyish, and is unlikely to resurge any time soon due to the STH consonant cluster and it ending in R- most of the "old lady" names that are seeing a comeback these days don't have those spelling/pronunciation issues.

I do like Rosina a lot, though!

I like Esther a lot. I'm ambivalent about Rosina, but as it has personal significance, that certainly bumps it up a notch.

They're both very cliché old-lady names. Rosina is really bad, imo.
Esther on the other hand could be quite well revived next to a more modern middle name.
