I was thinking how much I love this actress's name.

Mariska Hargitay

I'm pretty sure it's pronounced MariSHka. I think that's the way I heard them pronounce it on E! True Hollywood Story that was on the other day.

She plays Olivia Benson on Law and Order: SVU.

I love her name, and I love her son's name, too -- August Miklos Friedrich. He's named after her father (Miklos) and Friedrich is from her husband's side of the family. (It's sad that I know this)

I like most of the names from SVU -- Alexandra, Elliot, Olivia, John, Dani, Elizabeth, etc.
