a woman in one of my classes just had her second son, Tristan Andrew. He joins big brother Braeden (age 2, I believe, and the spelling is right).

WDYT?

Tristan is better than Braeden, in my opinion. I really don't like names like Brady or Brayden... just from how they sound. They don't sound like male names to me. :\

i really hate Braeden
my friend from hs just named her baby that and i think it's horrible
Tristan is tolerable but I think it's pretentious

Tristan Andrew is really cute, I think... It's a name I considered for my son who ended up being Holden James.

I like Tristan and Andrew is a fine name, but I'm not sure how I feel about the repeated "an" sound.

I dislike Braeden. I also don't like that Tristan and Braeden end in the same sound. Kind of matchy for my tastes.

Oh, Braeden. Damn you and your trendiness! I used to really like it, that spelling and everything, but I would never ever use it now. I miss it. Tristan is nice, Andrew is okay.

Years ago, I loved Tristan and Tristram as names, but now I'm not so sure. Good thing I didn't have babies at age 13, huh?
