I love just about all of these names, but not on real people ... I like using names like this on families in the Sims, creating a theme for each family and having all of their names fit that.

The only ones I like on real people are Rose and Violet.

I grew up watching a TV show where the main characters' names were colours, so the trend IRL is cool and 'not weird' for me. :)

Ick. Amber has always been a stripper name in my mind. Hate it. Usually I think color names come out sounding a little cheesy, but I like Violet, Grey (although not for a first name) and Roan. Naming someone Aqua would just be cruel! ;)

Amber- LOVE it when I associate it with the color and meaning/not a big fan when it is associated with people I have known

Aqua-don't like it...it reminds me of that band that sang "Barbie Girl"

Ash-eh..looks like it could be a nn

Auburn-like it, probably wouldn't use it

Blue-doesn't sound like it should be a name/also makes me think of sadness

Indigo- I think is very cute, but I'll probably never use it

Magenta- I actually like this again wouldn't use though

Maize-makes me think of that kid cartoon

Moss-eww..thats my first reaction whne i think of this as a name

Roan-I like for a boy

Rose-love love LOVE this name...may possibly use a mn

Sage- really like this name for a boy...though it seems to be gaining popularity with girls

Silver was the name of my first crush. He was born the same year when Estonia won silver in some sports that his parents liked.
