Aw, that's a really lovely name! And I've peronally always loved the nickname Danni - or I guess you could even use Elle or Ellie, if you're using a nn at all. But yeah, lovely sound, ages well...top marks!
Thanks.. yeah they were the nn's we were looking at, and ellie is so cute we would probably end up calling her Ellie more often than Danielle :P (that is if we dont change our minds lol)
My name is Bridgette Jayne and my partner's name is Scott Edward Keith so we wanted to keep the tradition of 'normal' names...something too unique wouldnt really go...as much as i love the name Zali
I find Danielle rather dated. It's not exactly considered an upper class name around here, which is a shame because I have a soft spot for French names. I don't tend to like feminised forms of masculine names; Erica, Roberta, Antonia, Philippa etc though I do like Olivia- I actually prefer Daniella to Danielle.
Grace bores me to death. It's the ultimate filler middle name these days. I don't care how pretty it sounds or how well it goes with the chosen first name, unless it's important as a family name everyone can do better than ______ Grace.
Thanks for your opinion... it's nice to hear honest opinions like this... I agree that it may seem boring and rather dated but every unique name i liked my partner didnt :( but you both ahve to agree right? lol
i've never liked danielle. it sounds really 80's/early 90's to me. as for grace, it seems like it's every little girl's middle name these days. it flows well too.
