well, the store "Delia's" prounces it Deal-ee-uhs, so theres deal-ee-uh and then theres dell-ee-uh and I'm guessing theres losers out there that pronounce it dell-i-ah. haha ew.
I've only ever heard a long "ee" in Delia. It could be DEEL-yuh or DEE-lee-uh, depending on where you're from or just how fast you're saying the name. I can't see much difference between the two, honestly.
I like Cyrus, but Fletcher doesn't really do it for me.
I've heard Delia as either two syllables (deal-ya) or three (deal-ee-ah). I personally prefer the three syllable pronunciation since I think of it as a shortening of Cordelia.
oddly enough, i love your names. cyrus for a girl? i know a few girls named cyrus & i think it's pretty. as for fletcher it's sort of masculine but still a nice little boy name for the time being. i like it!
don't like cyrus, has an evil sound to it... Fletcher is kinda catchy. But I think I'd be more apt to use it as a family nickname then has someones real name.. :)
