I think its precious and a strong name for a girl.
It means light hearted and the nn Tate i think would be cute (and that means cheerful)

her full name would be Tatum Annabelle Kraatz.

i love tatum, and its on my list, but i think its a tricky one to use.
try shouting it aloud. i think its harder to say than you think when you look at it.
sort of the same way i feel about luella.

but...its a cute name. and would be nice for a girl.
