Nov. 8th, 2008 12:13 pmAugustine is a set middle name for a boy.
What first names go best with this? I kind of want something masculine, but all opinions and thoughts are welcome.
______ Augustine Sierra, would be the middle and last.
Edit: I don't know if this helps at all, or sparks any ideas, but if it were a he, he would be being named after a Lester Augustine. Just the middle name though.

I think one-syllable names sound nice with Augustine Sierra, in case you couldn't tell ;)
I also think Dean Sierra sounds great, but Dean Augustine may be too rhymey.

I saw that someone suggested Troy. I don't know where you live, but I might stay away from anything that could be considered a "place" name. I go to school in St. Augustine, Florida so, for me, Augustine calls this city to mind. Sierra is in Nevada. Of course, there's not anything to be done about the last name, and I am in no way, shape, or form saying there is anything wrong with your last name (or Augustine). I just thought I would point out that, depending on your location, to some, it may sound like "place place place."

Date: 2008-11-09 12:06 am (UTC)Troy brought to mind the place and the movie.
Sierra brings to mind the mountain and Nevada for me as well.
I really like Theodore with Theo as a nickname.
Edward, Ryan and James are growing on me already.
