Personally, I'm okay with nicknames of sibsets that all rhyme, by coincidence (sp?) or on purpose. But I really dislike rhyme-y names when they're the full given name. Even the nicknames would be rhyme-y so probably the only way they can separate themselves is to go by their middle names or something.
