What's the context of picking this name? It's a not unusual, but not super popular Hebrew/Jewish name from what I know. I have a cousin with the name, and went to school (Jewish private school) with maybe 2 other Adina's. In that context, I personally think most of the middle names suggested here sound a little silly. In my opinion, the ethnic contexts of first and middle names should if not match, at least flow, and having an ethnically Jewish first name with a Trendy American or even a more Traditional American/European middle name, just feels kind of weird to me.
I would go with something like: Adina Rachel Adina Leah Adina Sarah Adina Yael Adina Tamar
No context, really. I was trolling Jewish/Hebrew names on the web because I've found that I like most of the ones I know (despite not being Jewish at all; not even remotely).
I like Adina Leah. Tamar is one of my favourites as well. Don't know that I'd use it with Adina though, and given the number of girls named Tamara / Tamra that I know, I'd worry it'd get mispronounced. Although it's not like I'm pregnant or even TTC, so maybe by the time I have kids, there won't be any Tamaras around. :)
