I had to share this with you all. (Warning, my storytelling sucks, lol.)

My mom called me from her work to share this little story with me. She works as a sales associate, at Walmart, and there was a lady calling for her son. She was yelling "Hey P! P! Where are you?" (Not so bad, yet..) When he didn't answer, she resorted to calling his full name... "Plutonium! Where are you?!"

No, you didn't read that wrong, and no, I'm sorry to say I'm not making this up. His name, was Plutonium.

Oi.

As long as I get Boron, we're all good.

I guess I just don't get it.
How, in anybody's mind, could that be a good idea?

Ahaha. That is awesome in a horrible way. He could have a sister Ruth, short of Ruthenium, or Vanadium (it sounds unisex to me :p).

Now I kind of feel like posting a poll asking people what element they would name their kid after if they absolutely HAD to choose one.

I think I'd go with Zinc.
