My aunt and I were walking to a thrift store the other day when I noticed a scrolling marquee at the local high school (great use of money in a poor town btw, right?!?). The marquee was listing the Students of the Month.

I just happened to look up with this name appeared in lights:

Elvira Magic

WDYT? I hope this little girl is awesome because I feel bad for her.

I have two images in my head. One, of course, Elvira Mistress of the Dark and then there's this

One of my former classmate's sister was called Elvira...I'm not a fan. It's too girly for my taste.

Elvira Magic definitely sounds like some sort of magician, by the way!

Better than Elvira Dahmer, whom I processed oil tickets for when I worked for an oil company.

Lol! Yeah, definitely didn't think of that...I suppose to me it's girly because the girl in question was very girly, and I think names that end in -a are girly, too ;)!

LOL! Wow, just wow! If Magic really is the last name, which I've never heard of before, that's rough enough to deal with, but then to give her a name like Elvira, that's just pathetic and ridiculous!
