9 months pregnant and I have NO names for the kid.

I had some I liked but just I'm not feeling them anymore and need help. :(

I'd like ella or something with the fem version of Elliott in it somewhere any suggestions would help.

Elizabeth is off the list my 3 yr olds middle name is Liz.

Glad I could remind you :) I like too, particularly because it has multiple nicknames (Adi and Ella being the obvious) to fit in with the personality that emerges :)

When I got your reply, I knew I recognised your name (though not your icon), particularly from unassistedbirth. Would it be okay if I added you?

Anything with "el", "elle" or "ella" in it would work. Some of these are a bit of a stretch:

Gabrielle/Gabriella
Isabel/Isabella
Eleanor
Adele
Adelaide
Adeline
Arielle/Ariella
Annabel/Annabella
Chantel
Helen
Ellen
Joelle
Noelle
Michelle

Or you could always just use Ella.
Ella and Liz sound a cute sibset to me..:)
