Just about to post that! I really don't know what to say though. Yes, Sarah McCain Palin is awful. The name, plus I have certain opinions on the people she was named after.

But does the world really need another Ava and/or Grace? No, I really don't think so. Boring, trendy, way too popular, and at least Sarah McCain Palin is a bit more interesting.

I personally wouldn't associate Sarah with the eighties; it is a name that's been fairly common for many, many years. I'm sure that it peaked in the eighties, but it was popular long before that. Ava is extremely trendy for now. Sarah is more popular over all, but it's not as trendy as Ava is.
