I think Aurora Nicole flows best from the ones you've posted, but normally I dont like Nicole as a middle name. It seems too generic to me, like Marie and Lee.

aurora jane. aurora is too complicated a name for it to be followed by a long middle name like felicity or genevieve imo. nicole is simple, but i really hate it.
