... on the name ROGAN for a boy?

I know its like Logan, but not... and I'm also aware that it could potentially sound like or be teased because of Rogaine... but aside from those two obvious things please share your thoughts!
Its Irish/Gaelic in heritage and I've become very attached to it in the last few days. I'm not sure what a middle name would be, possibly Rogan Michael MacD_____ .

We still have a few weeks before our ultrasound to determine sex, but I'm having boy feelings and want to be prepared :)

I've never heard of the clothing label... I guess I should just Google Rogan and see what comes up. And yes, i'm saying it like Logan, but with an R. It is an actual name that I've seen in a baby book though, not one that I've just decided to create by switching letters around.

Aw, that's my cousin's name! My favorite cousin, by the way. :) We call him "Rogue" (I guess you might spell it like that)

I don't know what I would think about it if I didn't know someone with the name. And I don't think he's really been teased by being called Rogaine or anything weird.

I used to like Logan, then I didn't because of "LOG" in it. Made me think Log>Loggin/Logging>lumberjack. =/

Then I liked Brogan, which isn't that different from Rogan. But like for someone else, Rogan make me think of Joe Rogan (which I think is a reality t.v. host) and the actor from the movie Knocked Up, Seth Rogan. Also, it apparently means 'red-headed', so being a stickler for name meanings, I would have to love the name and know for sure the son I gave that name to, was going to have red hair, in order for me to use it. That all being said, aside from my opinion, the name itself isn't that bad. It's not what I consider to be a horrible name.

As for a middle name, I would go with one that starts with J, just to give the option of the nn R.J. from fn and mn initials.

Ick. Absolutely hate it. All I can think of it that annoying Seth Rogan celebrity and Knocked Up. It sounds like naming your baby Jolie or Pitt or Spears or something.

I literally, out loud, said: "Rogan? What the eff is Rogan?" Because I knew that I heard it somewhere before. Seth Rogen. I love him but I would never do it. I don't like the name at all.
