We pronounce Rip's ee-lo-rah :D ish...that is. It varies in whether or not she's gotten in the "I AM CALLING YOUR FULL NAME YOUNG LADY" or not. :P

I know a girl named Alaura is why I asked. You know how some people use Alicia and some people use Elisha? I was just wondering if it was like that or something.
