Hi, my name is Megan, I'm 20, and I'm a name nerd. :D

Seriously, I am. I'm not pregnant, won't be having kids for six or so years. I just looove names. (I think it's because I was born in the middle of the Megan boom, and so my name is rather common and I've never liked that about it.) But I'm not alone, so it's all good! For the record, all my kids will probably have two middle names, one of which will be a family name. I've got a couple three name combos for my top names - everything else I'm just playing with.

That list is only a small sampling of my favorites. I have a huge list of approximately 320 names. I like names from all kinds of styles. Old fusty names, top 100 names, unusual names, girly names, unisex names, you name it. Pretty much the only name styles I generally don't like are kre8tyf and boy names on girls.

Also, very few of those combos are solid, so if you have any suggestions/comments, let me know. :)

In Greek mythology Linus was apparently the music teacher of Herakles. Being that I want to be a music teacher, I thought that was pretty cool. :D The only thing I worry about is that my boyfriend's last name starts with "Nes" so the -nus Nes- thing sounds a bit off. His last name is rather obstructive when it comes to making combos. :P

Dexter is an awesome name! :D

Anna used to be my top girls' name a couple years ago, but it was replaced by Colette. I do love Anna though.
