[identity profile] thorabrighid.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
I haven't posted my name list here in ages, and i've recently tweaked it a little bit, so what the heck.

Girls:

Harper Camilla.
Willa Iris.
Freya Elisabeth.
Louisa Grey.
Elinor Delphine.

Boys:

Henry Thatcher.
Cyrus Jude.
Wyatt Mercer.
Jasper Thomas.
Finley Ward. (Finn.)

No nicknames other than Finn. I'm not a fan of nicknames.

ps, i'm not even close to having a kid, but i adore names.

I love Harper Camilla, Willa Iris, and Louisa Grey for girls and Henry Thatcher (greatest name EVER), Cyrus Jude, Jasper Thomas, and Finley Ward for boys.

Freya is okay, but seems rather trendy lately, and Elinor is okay, but I HATE that spelling. Eleanor would be so much nicer. Wyatt is way too cowboy-ish for me (although I love that feel of your other names, they're just not as annoyingly rodeo sounding) and is super trendy/yuppyish lately.

All in all, I really like them.

I love the combinations of Louisa Grey and Freya Elisabeth. Elinor, Willa and Iris are also pretty.

For the boys I like the combination of Jasper Thomas, and I also like Henry.

is Finn becoming more popular? i seem to be hearing it more and more, but maybe its because its the name i have chosen... i dont know?

mmm i dont know anyone called Finn, so i doubt it would stop me using it. I think we can tend to think about popularity a bit too much anyways. My friends girls are both named from the top ten list and they seem fine and well adjusted to me (charlotte and ella).

Delphine and Iris are new favorites for me, so great choices. I also love Mercer. You've put names together that sound good.

Mmmmm, I love your taste! Iris is one of my all time favorites, and I love Willa. (After W. Cather?) And even though I don't actually like the name Louisa, I love the sound of Lousia Grey, probably because it reminds me of Norah Grey, which is one of my top favorites!
Boys names are always harder for me, but I really like Henry and Jasper. :)

I really like Harper Camilla (even though I'm not a big fan of Camilla).
I also like Freya Elisabeth and Louisa Grey.

For your boys I like Wyatt.
My brother's nickname is Phin but his full name is Phineas.

I love all of them except Willa. Iris is nice, and Willa isn't horrible, it's just... ahh, not me. But the rest! They're amazing. =)

I love Elinor, and that spelling. Grey is on my list too. Jude, and sometimes Henry.
