so i was just talking with one of my guy friends and picked our fake kids names. we arent getting married or having babies, but if we did...these are the names we choose:

(they are mainly family names mixed with names that have signifigance and names we just like)

BOYS:
Charles Edward - Charlie
Callaghan Aidan - Cal
Sawyer McCabe

GIRLS:
Tennessee Elizabeth
Molly Jamison
Peyton Campbell

*And i know, my naming style doesnt match everyone on this board, but these are names I like*

BOYS:
Charles Edward - NMSAA
Callaghan Aidan - Aidan is too trendy and it just doesnt flow well to me. As much as its not my style, I think Aidan Callaghan flows better.
Sawyer McCabe - NMSAA..makes me think he shouldve been a character in a western or on dr. quinn or something.

GIRLS:
Tennessee Elizabeth - wayyyy too long. Imagine having to sign that plus the last name on legal documents.
Molly Jamison - Molly is NMSAA - Jamison even spelt this way makes me think of Jenna.
Peyton Campbell - Peyton is too trendy for me - Campbell has always been a last name to me since I was in school. Plus even being a middle name makes me think of teenage boys being stupid and saying things like "is your name Campbell cause your mmm mmm good?"

i HATE that Aidan has become so trendy, its a point of contention with me, because i TOTALLY agree - but its been a family name forever, i have a great grandfather in Ireland named Aidan.

such a bummer :)

Heh, yeah, we definitely don't have the same style. I'm not a big fan of the last-namey sounding first names.

But I like Charles Edward. :D Edward is one of my favorite names.

Charles Edward - Sounds a bit old fashioned together but it's not bad.

Tennessee Elizabeth - Not too sure about Tennessee. Obvious nn for me would be Nessie. Elizabeth's my middle name and I quite like it...as a middle name.
Molly Jamison - Molly's my friend's daughter's name. I like it. Jamison makes me think Jenna Jamieson, porn actress.
Peyton Campbell - Don't like Peyton and bad bad conections with me and Campbell.

Tennessee Elizabeth - too long. I don't like Tennessee as a name at all, regardless.
Molly Jamison - Molly is cute but I don't think it ages well. Jamison? Reminds me of Jenna Jameson and I would die if my parents gave me a name associated w/ a porn star.
Peyton Campbell - I like Peyton, I just think its too trendy. Campbell? Last name/soup. Not a middle name.

Charles Edward - Charlie: Love it. Gorgeous name.

Callaghan Aidan - Cal: I like Cal, and I like Aidan even though something less popular would be more interesting. However, Callaghan is horrible, especially if its not YOUR maiden name or a family name. Why not Calvin or Caleb? With Calvin you get the same sound.

Sawyer McCabe: Like the guy on Lost? Cheesy. And is McCabe a family name? If not, its sort of lame to use it.

GIRLS:
Tennessee Elizabeth: Elizabeth: Yes. Tennessee? NO.
Molly Jamison: Jamison's, like the whiskey! Sure why not.
Peyton Campbell: Not a fan.

I love the name Sawyer for a boy I know twins named Sawyer and Seth.

theyre all pretty cute, and translate well into all the stages of life. my only suggestion would be to take the g out of callaghan.
