I like Chiara best. I think because that's how it was spelled when I heard it for the first time (plus, I'm generally not a fan of K names).
Ciara makes me want to pronounce it See-ah-rah.

I like Kiriana, and I agree about the spelling of "Ciara" as I'd pronounce that with a "See" sound at the begining as well.

We had a girl in my daycare class named Kiana, who went by KiKi. Cutest little blonde with pigtails I've met yet lol.

I like Kiara if it is the Key sound you're looking for,if it is the See sound then Ciara :)

I prefer Ciara, prn See-AH-rah, like the r'n'b singer!

Chiara is prn K-YAH-rah and no other way.

I love Kitra!!! OMG it's really rare and I love when it pops out :D

OMG, I used to be obsessed with the name Kiara!! (Um.. after I saw The Lion King 2, don't judge me! I was just a kid :P) I still like it, but I don't think I'd use it. But if I had to choose one of those spellings, I would choose Kiara. Chiara just makes me want to say 'Chee-ar-ah', and Ciara I would pronounce like the singer, 'See-air-ah'

Kithara without the h (kitara) means a guitar in Finnish. I like Kiara.

I voted Kiara because it's Kee-ara. If you pronoucne Ciara like Kee-arah it's weird because she'll always be called See-ara. Chiara is just 2 kry8v and is always going to be pronounced Chee-arah.
