August birth announcements for one the hospitals in town. I don't know what it was about August, but it must have brought out the crazies.

I have bolded the more ridiculous ones:

Curley JaMaury (Ouch.)
Zoe Ann
Tessa Ann
Amelia Lake
Payton Marie
Apprentice Scott
Sarah Elizabeth
Braxton John Paul
Pagyn Tempest (What?!)
Marely (I'm assuming it's Marley, but spelled "uniquely"?)
Joben Don
Blaine Lee
Makyla Marie
David Lee
Christena Ruth Ann
Thomas Hudson
Mathew Tyler
Fairon Dallon Sean (What is this nonsense?)
Draven Kane (Again.)
Serrennity Faye (And again! At least spell it right. Wow.)
Ahmad H.
Ezekiel
Zania Z. (parents Zahi and Rania.)
Kaleb Mykah (Nice if they hadn't butchered the spelling.)
Karlee Elizabeth
Lillian Carol Dawn
Haley Dawn
Lexie Jade
Lindsey Gail
Jeffery Kyle
Asher Jackson
Leana Hyatt
Jamie
Brooklynn Mo'Ray
Saylor Jordan (f)
Ethan G.
Riley James
Aurora
Jaziya Rachellel (Huh?)
Brycen Shane Ray
Ethan Dale

Bradyn Deen-Roland
Makayla Leigh
Cody Ryan
Joseph Michael Ellijah
Keylor Dawn (KEE-lore?)

Amelia Lake and Gabriel Owen are the only ones I deem passable!

& I'd say Eligh was Eli.

It took me a little while to realize Pagyn was more than likely meant to be Pagan. My head just couldn't wrap itself around it.

Holden Tuff (I'm sure he was welcomed by big brother, Hangin'.)

hehe!

I'm ashamed to live anywhere near these people!

Holden Tuff (I'm sure he was welcomed by big brother, Hangin'.) lolz

I'm surprised to see several middle names from my parents' generation, like Ruth, Carol and Gail.

JUST SAY NO TO HYPHENATED MIDDLE NAMES!

LOL at big brother Hangin'
Zania I can see is maybe a combo of the parents names. Curley, Apprentice, Pagyn, and Serrennity, there is no reason or excuse for.

Ahahaha Holden Tuff sounds like someone from where I lived named their child after their 'tufffff' Holden Commodore (a car that's wayyyy too popular here!).

I would pronounce Marely like Barely. Which is not Marley/Barley.

I'm surprised you didn't bold 'Brycen'. That's some name.

i was actually considering zoe ann if we have a girl. also, david lee is almost too normal to be on that list, so is sarah elizabeth.

The names Zoe & Ann really don't sound good together.

David Lee & Sarah Elizabeth are both incredibly boring. My boyfriends sister is Sarah Elizabeth, his parents are such boring namers, that's almost (not quite) as bad as being a unique namer!

Curley JaMaury - LOL does that rhyme? Wow.
Apprentice?
Pagyn Tempest - Oh my god
Brooklynn Mo'Ray - I lolled extensively at the Mo'Ray part.
Holden Tuff - HAHA

And what is with the made up names!?
Joben, Fairon, Draven, Jaziya, Brycen, Keylor?

Eligh could be Eli but, you know, bastardized.

I thought of Bison when I read Brycen. Like the big hairy animal.

I like:
Zoe Ann
Amelia (but Lake as a mn? not so much)
Sarah Elizabeth
Braxton John
Thomas Hudson
Asher Jackson
Ethan
James
Jasper (since when did Dale become a popular middle name? ick)
Holden (but not with TUFF, god...)
Cody Ryan
Joseph Michael Elijah (one L please)
Gabriel Owen (best boys name on this list, imo)

I hate:
Payton (I will always see this is a boys' name)
Draven Kane
Haley Dawn (hate both names forever)
Lexie Jade (just sounds trashy, for whatever reason)
Tessa (again, trashy, just my opinion)
Dale
Trenton Carl
Bradyn
Makayla (although I don't mind Michaela)
Harley (especially on a girl)

I lol'd at:
Curley JaMaury
Pagyn Tempest
Apprentice Scott
Fairon Dallon (Sean isn't so bad, but wtf at these other names)
Serrennity
Brooklynn Mo'Ray
Jaziya Rachellel
Kambrien
Jaziel Isai
Ezzer Isaac

I'd pronounce Keylor "kay-lore," but either way it's a dumb name.
