Sarah Kathleen
Zelda Jane
Joanna Kathleen
To me, names that end in A dont sound good as middles. I think Kathleen is a great middle name.

Fiona: Pretty name, but everyone is going to think of Shrek when they hear it for the next 20 years.
Helena: HELEN-a or Heh-LAY-na? I like the first better, both are good though.
Jane: LOVE
Joanna: not a huge fan, but its OK
Kathleen: OK
Lenore: LOVE
Sarah: too plain! too many girls named Sarah!
Susanna: Love!
Myrna: beautiful and old fashioned. It reminds me of the 1930s and 1940s.
Lila: LOVE
Lola: no
Zara: OK
Zelda: NO
Zora: NO
Zoe: Love

What about Zara Susanne? Susanne goes well with pretty much all of them as a middle name.

Myrna is a cool name. I'm not sure what middle names would go with it though. I also like Lila and Zelda.
