What are some names besides William that could have Billy as a nn(for a boy)?

also, WDYT of the name Brinson? It's the name of a child from my work, and i'm actually REALLY starting to like it.

Brinson's different. I went to school with a guy named Bronson, and I liked that...

You could just nickname him Billy anyway. Nicknames don't have to be linked (that kid you knew as Skip in junior high's name was not Skippington, for example).

I swear that I saw somebody in TV credits once named Billiam. I would never say to name your kid that though.

And Brinson? I don't like it at all. Kind of gross.

In the UK, the most common NN for William is Will or Bill
