for boys, i really love ezra, asher and kai, and those middle names sound great with them. from the additional list, i like asher, cassian (i prefer cassius but they both have the great nickname of cash, which i love), dylan, elliott, isaac, jesse, jonas, luka, max, miles, and oliver.
my top two boys names are on your list (max and oliver!) and i recently suggested luka to my boy but he didnt like it, even though i really do. :(
i love that your middle names have significance, i dont personally like it when people just come up with random names that "sound good" for a middle, although there are people who could be honored with that name. ah well, to each his own. :)

"i dont personally like it when people just come up with random names that "sound good" for a middle"
I totally agree, it's really important to me that my kids names have some kind of meaning, otherwise they just seem so pointless (that's not really the right word, but I'm tired!).

I agree though Annabel Ivy does flow well. Nevermind.

For the others, I like:
Adrian, Cassian (one of my faves!), Damien, Hadrian, Isaac (another nephews name), Joshua (another nephews name, named after my brother/his father), Luka, Nathan, Noah, Oliver, Owen, Quentin, Seth, Xavier
Anya (I know it as Anja), Asha, Ashra, Aurora, Autumn (one of my favorites), Clara, Lydia, Natalia, Nola, Nora, Violet, Wren (I know a little girl named this)

India Sophie/India Lily - i'm not a fan of India, but I love Lily
Boys:
Ezra Alexander - Very nice.
Asher James - Asher is one of my favorites!
Kai Winter - Kai is my 21-yr old. boyfriends name... it's weird how it's getting popular now, but it's gorgeous (im bias)... I don't like "Winter" for a boy though.
Adrian, Alexander, Asher, Ash - I love them all.
Blake - Nice.
Caspian, Cassian - Ok.
Damien, Dylan - Not really...
Elmer, Elliott, Ellis, Ezra - ew to Elmer
Hadrian, Harry - No.
Isaac, Ivo - No.
Jacob, Jesse, Jonas, Joshua - I don't really like "J" names
Kai - already said I love it.

poor poor boy getting called skye.

Of the individual names the only ones I really dislike are Elmer and Lolita because of their associations. The rest are very nice.

Dislikes (girls): Asha, Ashra, Ebony, Fern, India, Lolita (bad associations), Nola, Skye, Wren (sorry, but I really, really don't like this one)
Likes (boys): Alexander, James, Adrian, Harry (but more as a nickname for Henry), Isaac, Jacob, Jesse, Joshua, Louis, Nathan, Noah, Oliver, Theo (although, personally, I'd prefer this as a nickname for Theodore), Xavier
Dislikes (boys): Asher (sorry, I don't get this), Ash, Blake, Caspian (much as I love Narnia, no), Damien (the Omen!), Ezra, Ivo, Kai, Rueben
Heh, I think we have very different taste. I think Ivy Annabel is lovely, though.

Ivy Annabel - LOVE this! I know you said the middle names have personal signifigance, but I much prefer Annabelle.. it looks more, "complete" to me.
India Sophie/India Lily - Not a huge fan of India, I guess it's pretty if you don't think about the country. Kind of like how Ethiopia is kind of pretty if you don't think about it too much. LOL
Boys:
Ezra Alexander - LOVE this combo! My favorite of the three
Asher James - Not too much of an 'Ash' fan.. but Asher is my favorite of them all.
Kai Winter - Not so sure about this one... Winter seems rather feminine to me.. but that could change.
Other names on my list...
Boys:
Adrian, Alexander, Asher, Ash - Adrian is my favorite here..
Blake - I WANT to like this, I really do. But I think "Flakey Blakey" everytime I see it. Then again, he won't be in elementary school his whole life, so it probably doesn't matter.
Caspian, Cassian - Can't say I'm a fan..
Damien, Dylan - LOVE Damien!
Elmer, Elliott, Ellis, Ezra - Elliott! LOVE it!
Hadrian, Harry - ehh.. not feeling it..
Isaac, Ivo - Isaac is nice..
Jacob, Jesse, Jonas, Joshua - I like Jonas and Jacob
Kai - It feels incomplete to me, but otherwise nice.
Louis, Luka - LOVE Luka!!
Max, Miles - I think these are both ready for a comeback.. adorable!
Nathan, Noah - Never could quite like Nathan.. but it's not bad.
Oliver, Owen - Oliver is really nice! Owen is swiftly getting very popular
Quentin - ehhh
Rueben - NRMS
Scott, Seth - These are okay.. there's better on your list.
Theo - As a nickname.. it's really cute
Xander, Xavier - I like these, even though I don't really want to LOL
Girls:
Amelia, Anya, Asha, Ashra, Aurora, Autumn - I think Aurora is really hard to say.. =/
Clara - Clara is nice.
Ebony, Eliza, Elsa, Elsie, Emelia - Eliza is gorgeous.
Fern, Felicity - Fern isn't very 'pretty'.. LOVE Felicity
Haley, Hazel, Holly - Haley is masculine, IMO.. LOVE Hazel and Holly
India, Ivy - Ivy is gorgeous!!
Jasmine, Josie - ehh..
Kate - LOVE LOVE LOVE Kate!!
Lily, Lolita, Lorelei, Lydia - Lydia and Lily are both extremely popular in my area.. especially if you consider Lilly, Lilith, Lilianna, etc...
Matilda - Kind of 'old' sounding, IMO
Natalia, Nina, Nola, Nora - I really like Natalia!
Phoebe - Love it! I'm personally not brave enough to use it.. but I love love love it.
Skye - I've tried to like this, but I just don't.
Violet - Gorgeous! My 2nd most favorite! My ex vetoed it because his relatives said it sounded like Violent. I think they're retarded. =X
Willow, Wren - These are just too.. fragile.. for my taste
Zoe - LOVE Zoe! I'd use it this time around if my sister weren't already.. LOL I only like this spelling though.. I can't stand Zoey and Zoie. =)

"Kai - It feels incomplete to me, but otherwise nice."
I can really see where you are coming from, I guess it's cus the sound is so short.
I know, Lily seems so popular at the moment, that's why I think I'd probably just use it as a middle name.
Violet/Violent?? Wtf? I agree, they are retarded!
"I can't stand Zoey and Zoie."
Yuk yuk yuk, I am with you on that one! Only Zoe.

no subject
Yeah, I am a bit worried about that :s
I'm suprised you like Ivo, almost everyone seems to hate it or not get it!
"Josie is good but why not use Josephine or Joscelyn and Josie as a nickname?"
I can see where you are coming from, but I don't really see the point in naming a child something if you are going to always call them something else. She would be forever having to correct people like teachers when they call the register. And if she's anything like me she'd be too shy to say anything!
"Kate: only as a nickname for Catherine!"
Gah, I can't stand that name!
"Willow, Wren: both remind me of a hippie"
=D
