My landlord's two children: Ginuwine (age 10) and Aoaelani (age 4)... I'm sure Aoaelani is just some butchered version of the actual Hawaiian name Aolani, but Ginuwine? Good grief.
It looks like he is some sort of fantasy fan, got carried away and made up some names for himself! Is Ginuwine pronounced like 'genuine', or more like Gen-new-wine? Either way, I'm not a fan.
