I hate it. Just think about what it means. Chance. Like, this kid was a chance? There's a chance this kid will have a crappy name? It sounds like a nickname for a dog, not for a human being. It doesn't fit a grown man.

I think black lab. But you never know a guy might grow up to love it.

Well I knew a Chance when I was a kid that I didn't like very much. SO I think I have a biased point of view.

I'd prefer Chase.

I am biased toward liking it because I know an ADORABLE 3-year-old boy named this and it fits him perfectly. However, I don't see it working well on a business card or on a resume at all, and it's quite lucky that he'll (most likely) end up working for his dad and not have to worry about it. But yeah, I like it in theory, but DEFINITELY not in practice.

Cute on a dog, possibly could work on the right kid with a single-digit age as a nickname, but definitely not for a grown man.

I like the way it sounds, but I don't like that it's a word.

I had an obnoxious/sort of adorable classmate last year named Chance. It's an eh name for me.

I knew a guy named Chance when I was younger; he was pretty cute, haha. I like the way that it looks, but not so much what it means.

It reminds me of a very white trash redneck boy I went to elementary school with. I wouldn't use it ever, on an animal or a person.
