My boyfriend's roommate and his (soon to be ex) wife are expecting their second child soon. He has a son from a previous marriage, and so does she, so these are their children's names: Christopher (hers- 7yrs old), Xaiver (his- 5yrs old), and Ava (theirs together- 3yrs old).

These are the names they've thrown around for the new baby:
Brandon
Jaden
Leo
Maiden
Felix

Maiden?? I'm not really sure where that came from. I kind of looked at him sideways when he showed me the list and I read that one LOL

I swear I was asking myself the other day JUST WHEN Maiden would hit the boards!! It's actually at least the only -aden name that has a meaning, and a meaning that is common in a lot of legit girl names. On boys, that tiny clever spark is buried and lost.

I still think it's stupid, but it beats all the other -aden names.

Any chance Xaiver was Xavier?

That said, Xav-etc is too close too Ava.

LOL, Maiden. Reminds me of cheesy historical romance novels, haha. I just totally went off on Yahoo! Answers about this very thing:
