WDYT of Jace Daniel? Too much like Jack Daniels? Jace is after my good friend Jason, and Daniel is my brother. Also, do you prefer Jace/Jayce/Jaice/Jase etc?

For a girl, I love Scarlett, Charlotte, Adeline nn Adele, Juliet, and Elodie. But these change all the time (except Scarlett is always on the list).

i find out the sex in two weeks.

While I'm not a fan of Jace Daniel, I adore your female name choices. They all sound very feminine and elegant.

I do! I'm just having difficulties getting past the Jack Daniel's connotation!

I like Jace. I know a 10 year old boy with that name.

Jace is too nicknamey for me. (My cousin is a Jason and we call him Jase)

I love your girl names. Adele is on my list (but as a middle name)

I love Jace, but I would only spell it Jace or Jase. I like Scarlett, Adeline, and Juliet from your girls names.

I wouldn't worry about the Jack Daniels association. How often are middle names used anyway? It sounds different enough that I don't think it would be ridiculously obvious as long as you don't bring it up to people!

I really like Jace. I wouldn't mind seeing it spelled Jase for a boy (as in Chase with a J).

Jason Daniel would be fine; Jace is awful and does not sound like a real name at all. As a nickname, it'd be fine, but not as a full name.

Scarlett, Charlotte, Adeline/Adele (I like Adele just by itself, not as a nickname), and Juliet are all great. I don't like Elodie because it seems like a typo of Melodie/Melody. Adele or Juliet would be my top choice, though, because they are much less common/trendy (not necessarily trendy in a bad way) than Charlotte or Scarlett.

No, not too much like Jack Daniels, however I'm really disliking Jace. Why not just use Jason? Is Jace even a name in it's own right? If you're going to use it, just spell it Jace. Jaice/Jayce would be pronounced Jay-see, IMO.

I love Scarlett and Charlotte, but not as a sibset. Adeline is very pretty, but IMO Adele is a name in it's own right and shouldn't be a nickname, but would also be very pretty. Juliet and Elodie are also very pretty, but for some reason I don't like them as a sibset either. Adeline adn Elodie would be a bad sibset as well. The girls name actually all seem a little matchy to me-- they all have either the 'ar' 'l' 'ette' or 'ie' sound in common. I don't know if you're planning on saving the names you don't use for future children or not, but something to consider when choosing. I think Elodie might work with Scarlett or Charlotte as either a sibset or a mn. Adeline might be a cute mn as well for Scarlett or Charlotte.

All nice names-- yay for you finding out the sex!! :D

I agree, Jace should be a nn of Jason, not a stand alone.

Not a big fan of Jace (or Jason, for that matter), but I do like Daniel. For what it's worth, my first thought was, in fact, of Jack Daniels.

I love, love, love all your female picks.

I'm not a fan of Scarlett...just because, while I love the book and movie, I think people don't realize what a BITCH they're naming their kid after.

But, the name is very beautiful. I just can't get past the GWTW association.

I LOVE Charlotte and Adeline...I'd probably call her Addie over Adele though, Adele is it's own name by itself (and I know several Adeles) so I can't wrap my head around it as a NN
