Zephyr -- Dislike a lot.

Alysson* -- Trendy spelling of Allison/Alison. Really not my thing. Unnecessary 'y's look trashy, IMO.
Anna* -- Love it.
Artemis -- Not on a girl; this seems too masculine.
Arwen* -- I love the sound and the character, but like Sirius, the association is too strong. Would be a great pet name, but not for a child.
Aquinnah -- Looks made up and unattractive.
Aubrey* -- LOVE it.
Bridget -- I like it.
Cadence -- Love it, and Cady as a nickname.
Caitlyn* -- I prefer Kaitlyn, but I like it.
Caroline -- Love it.
Danica* -- Not my style but nice.
Eden* -- Like it.
Ella -- Love it.
Emily -- Like it but way too popular for me.
Eva -- Love it.
Evangeline -- The religious connotations are too much for me (yes, I know that's not where the word comes from, but it's what most people in my area would think, and I don't want that association with my child).
Gwen -- Like it as a nickname.
Gwyneth -- Prefer Gwendolyn but nice.
Harlow* -- It sounds pretty, but it's only one letter from "harlot," so I couldn't use it.
Harper* -- Sounds like a Mary Sue in a bad fanfic. =(
Ireland -- This is a country, not a name.
Isla -- Not my style but nice.
Jessica -- Bit boring but alright.
Kari -- I used to like this, but now the spelling looks incomplete and ugly to me. It might work as a nickname.
Keira -- Don't mind it.
Kenzie* -- This is a nickname, not a full name. A very cute nickname for a little girl, but not a full name nonetheless.
Lucy -- LOVE.
Phoenix -- Way too much for me, and not for a girl.
Piper* -- Too trendy for me.
Raven -- This also sounds like a Mary Sue name for me. I have a pretty good idea of why it's on your list based on your other names, but my associations are all "emo Mary Sue."
Sabra* -- Sounds pretty but NMS.
Sage -- Not a fan but don't mind it terribly.
Shiloh* -- I kind of like this.
Sienna* -- Seems really trashy to me. Prefer Sierra or Savanna(h).
Sonora -- Looks made up to me, but it isn't, it's alright.
Storm -- Okay, I can understand the X-Men fangirl as much as anyone, and I would love to do a subtle (keyword, subtle) reference to comic characters in my names, but this is way too much for a child. Some of your other names (Erik, Tabitha, Logan, etc) are much more subtle and could work, but most people will recognize this name, and your child might not think it's as cool as you do.
