So, Clay Aiken and friend Jaymes Foster have gone and had their baby today. A boy, named Parker Foster Aiken.

I don't really like it. If they always planned on using her maiden name for the middle name, then I think that they should've found a first name that sounded a little different.

I think Foster is part of his last name, not his middle name.

I'm not too fond of it, 3 names all with 2 syllables, 2 of them ending in the same sound. It just doesn't flow at all.

I guess I just always assume that if there's no hyphen, it's a middle name and a last name. Like Levi Alves McConaughey. And I looked, and nothing else for a middle name has been given anywhere.

It's fairly normal for a celeb baby, but I don't think it flows well.

They could have done worse, but a a 1 syllable name would have flowed better.
I'm most confused about the last name. I guess I was under the impression that Aiken was pretty much just a sperm donor, in which case it seems more appropriate to use the mom's last name.
Parker Clay Foster would have been a better choice.

Well, I don't really know, but I've read that they are best friends, and they live together when he's in LA. Plus, they'll be raising the kid together.

I would have hyphenated the last names and had them be the last name.
