Well, I've totally revamped my name list! I want opinions, but I always feel a little weird posting my list here when I'm not expecting or anything, so I thought we could make a game of it. We did this before and I thought it went pretty well.

Post your favorites in the comments (I'd say 5 girls and 5 boys, but I know a lot of people have less than that or can't narrow it down that far, so whatever works for you). Then, you must comment on 3 other peoples' name lists. You can comment about the flow of the names, whether or not you like them, suggest other names they may like, or really you can just write whatever you want! If you are one of the first three to comment with your name list, then wait awhile and then come back to do your replies when there are more.

I know this is a community for naming and we all may as well make our own posts about names and get advice from that, but maybe other people feel strange posting their lists like I do, so this could be fun and productive!

I'm not the biggest fan of Nora or June, but love both middle names, and I think they both work well. I'm not a huge fan of Benjamin or Henry either, but once again I think that they work well with the middle names.

I like the nickname Kali a lot, so I'd have to say my favorite is Kalina Marie. I like the way it sounds together as well. Lucille Nicole and Isabelle Rae (love this one!) are both super cute, and would age well I think. Anastasia is a very pretty name, but you're right, it is hard to come up with middle names for it.

Zachary James is definitely my favorite name off your boys list. I love the nickname Zach! I like Nathan Edward better than Nathan Oliver (also, his initials would be NO-, which depending on your last name, could spell weird words, although I suppose that's true with NE- as well). I'm not a big fan of your other names so much; there's nothing wrong with them, they just lack a spark. They're very solid though, and you could certainly do worse.

I don't have any definite pairings for first and middle, I sort of have 2 separate lists for firsts and middles and when the time comes along I'll let my partner mix and match to see which he likes best. Chew them around a while... but for now I'll just post firsts.

Love Delilah June. It's so hard to find a middle name that flows when the first name is so dramatic, and I think you did a good job of matching them up. I'm not a big fan of Lucretia or Regina, since they have a double strike against them: they feel kind of stuffy, and they sounds like other words which are sort of unpleasant. The rest of your girls names are really pretty, though, especially Fiona Charlotte. Just lovely.

I think your boys names pretty much all rock. Alexander, Julian, and Elliot (spelled just like that!) are all on my list. Ethan has always sounded a little prissy to me, but I think it works well paired with Asher, which is a little more rough and tumble. They really just all sound so well put together, crisp almost. It's easy to see them on both a child and an adult, which is great.

I love Anne Louisa! I also like Elisabeth, Cordelia Jane, John, Thomas Patrick, and William Cory.

I don't like Hope Elinor at all (Hope is ugh and Elinor is my least favorite spelling -- Eleanor looks so much classier to me) and I'm not a fan of the way Elisabeth Beatrice sounds, although I like both names separately.
