And drawing on someone's face acceptable when they fall asleep due to drunkenness...

naming a child for a person after they just went through a very painful experience to give life to your child who happened to fall asleep cause of exhaustion...not so acceptable.

Ya' know, I have a pretty good sense of humor. If I woke up after having gone through labor to find that my husband had named our child without my consent, I would probably laugh for a while and then look at him and do the whole "You're joking, right?" thing. About the point he finished explaining the dare would be about the same moment he would be escorted from the hospital to ensure that I didn't murder him.

To be fair, that one girl's name is/was "Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii" whereas, if you read the article, the last name mentioned is just Open Weaver Banks (and she actually lives in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey).
