Jul. 31st, 2008 07:31 pmI have two questions for you wonderful people...
Question one: How do you pronounce Odessa?
Question two:
What are some names you can think of with the possible nickname of Kate? Nothing too common like Katherine or Katie, and I'm not very fond of Kathleen.

Date: 2008-08-01 01:41 am (UTC)There are lots of great variations of Katherine that work with Kate as a nickname. I especially like Katharina, Katja, Katrien, and Catalina, as well as plain old Katherine/Katie. I also think the spelling Katharine is much more glamorous than Katherine, which is somewhat boring haha.

Katie (I think that works as a stand alone name)
Katherina--a great Shakespearean name (very close to Katarina, but a bit different).
Or as others have said Kate can just be a classy name by itself.
