I would have voted yes on Mia, Nate, and Evie if they were nicknames. Nathan, Amelia (or Miranda) and Eve/Evelyn are much more grown-up, and these names work great as nicknames for them. Just not so great on their own.

a lot of the names seem more like nicknames which prompted my thumbs down. i like a lot of your names :) my top combos at a glance are ethan sebastian and lillian miranda. you have some really lovely names on your list :D
