I like Dharma. I wouldn't name my child after a revered figure like Krishna, though. Too much pressure and somehow doesn't seem socially appropriate as my understanding of Hinduism is limited. Chandra is nice but it has a bad connotation for me [Chandra Levy].

I think that Buddha might be a hard name to live up to. And when I see Shiva, all I can think of is Tom Wilkenson in Michael Clayton, "I am Shiva, the god of death."
