Not a fan of either, really. But I pronounce Dina DEE-nah, and Dinah DIE-nah.

Same but opposite-ish - I see Dina as DIE-nah and Dinah as deen-AH.

I agree with this. I like Dinah better because I prefer that sound, but if you are going for Dee-nah, then it should be Dina.
